The project applicant also proposes to remove the mechanical equipment from the roof, install new mechanical equipment on the screened roof and within a fenced enclosure, an addition of 7,534 square feet to the first floor, and interior renovations. The project would result in a net decrease of 31,118 square feet of the total building area, resulting in an approximately 113,272 square foot building.
