- The Project consists of the operations and maintenance of the Well 4-L treatment system. Activities as part of this Project include, but not limited to, permitting, monitoring, reporting, and replacement and changeout of existing equipment. The Water Replenishment District of Southern California is assisting the City of Commerce with State funding as the Technical Assistance Provider and functioning as a liaison between the State and the City of Commerce.
