- The Santa Clarita Valley Sanitation District (SCVSD) is proposing the construction of the Valencia Water Reclamation Plant (VWRP) Middle Section Retaining Wall Ground Improvement Project (proposed project). As the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Lead Agency, the SCVSD has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR), which evaluates the potential environmental effects of the proposed project. SCVSD is requesting input on the Draft EIR from public agencies, residents, and other interested project stakeholders.
