Description

Minor Subdivision proposal of 5.1 acre parcel into three lots (one = one acre, two = approximately two acres each). The proposed one acre lot is already developed with a single family dwelling served by well and onsite wastewater treatment system. A creek runs through the property. Biological assessments and wetland delineation report recommends a 100' non-development setback from creek which will allow for residential development sited away from biological and wetland resources on the two other proposed lots. Wells and engineered onsite wastewater treatment systems would serve the two parcels that have not been developed.
