Description: Approval of Use Permit Minor Modification to allow the following: a. Extend the hospitality hours of operation from 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. b. Construction of an additional 1,237 sq. ft. of caves for a total of 7,037 sq. ft. c. The application does not request any changes to the previously approved annual wine production capacity, number of employees, tours and tastings by appointment or marketing events.
