Track I ECPA (New Vineyard) – Red Boat – Conversion to vineyard of 9.0 gross acres (7.0 net acres) of gently to steeply sloped (9-26%) non-native grassland (4.3 acres of 5.0 acres converted), tonyon chaparral (0.2 acres of 1.0 acres converted), blue oak woodland (4.0 acres of 6.9 acres converted), coast live oak woodland (0.4 acres of 2.5 acres converted) and developed land (0.1 acres of 1.0 acres converted) located within the Oak Knoll Creek and Soda Creek Drainages consisting of approximately 18.34-acres (APN 039-380-037; 1373 Soda Canyon Road) located on the east side of Silverado Trail approximately 0.93 miles north-east of its intersection with Soda Canyon Road.
