Description

Commercial Cannabis Use Permit (CCUP) for the construction and operation of a cannabis cultivation facility on a 20- acre parcel. The project would consist of approximately 9,639 square feet (sf) of outdoor cannabis cultivation area for plant growth, harvest, and transport. The cannabis cultivation area would include 11 hoop houses with shade cloth covers for plant production. Additional support structures include one fenced 400-sf compost area and two existing 320- sf shipping containers that would be used for petroleum and agricultural product use storage. Processing of the product would be done off site. The applicant would access power from a connection with existing Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) infrastructure.
