Description

The proposed project would involve the demolition of all existing buildings and site improvements and the construction of two new office / research and development (R&D) buildings: a 5-story, 193,852 square foot building, and a 4-story, 131,621 square foot building, with maximum heights of approximately 90 and 113 feet respectively, above a two-level underground parking structure. Project site improvements would also include a courtyard between the buildings, and adjacent street and streetscape improvements.
