Description: A COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT and SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT for a remodel and additions to an existing 2,569 square foot (sf) single-story residence. The additions would consist of a 330 sf basement addition, a 190 sf first floor addition, and a 1,166 sf second floor addition for a total of 1,686 square feet in additions to the existing single-family residence, resulting in a 4,255 sf two-story residence located at 8311 El Paseo Grande.
