- Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to replace the culvert system DS#57805000784 (double 84-inch RCP) using a trenchless method: tunneling; open trenching and excavation; engineered shoring for tunneling; formwork for junction structures; backfilling tunneling pits; and abandoning the failed pipes. All work will be accomplished with proper BMPs in place.
