Description
Demolition of a two-story, four-unit residential building, removal of a surface asphalt parking lot, construction and operation of a 7-story, 66,915 sq ft mixed use project, including a 60 guest-room hotel, a 3,950 sq ft restaurant and 20 dwelling units over a 3-level subterranean parking structure. The project site is comprised of multiple lots and totals approximately 21,614 sq ft in combined lot area. The applicant is several entitlements including a zone change (ZC), zone variance (ZV), zone adjustment (ZAA), site plan review (SPR) and conditional use permits (CUP, CUB) . The CUB is for the on site sale and dispensing of a full line of alcohol in conjunction with the operation of the proposed hotel and restaurant.
