Conversion to vineyard of approximately 4.3 gross-acres of moderately sloping (slopes typically from 12% to 21 %) existing nonnative grassland, ornamental grove, developed area, blue gum grove and blue oak woodland. The project applicant has prepared an ECPA as required by Napa County Code (Chapter 18.108, Conservation Regulations).
