Title: Lake Skinner Regional Water Transmission System (formerly EM-11)
Description: Eastern Municipal Water District (District) intends to prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the proposed Lake Skinner Regional Water Transmission System Project (Project), which was formerly called the EM-11 Transmission Pipeline and Pump Station Project. A Notice of Preparation (NOP) was previously circulated for the EM-11 Transmission Pipeline and Pump Station Project in July 2022. The current Project includes similar components and objectives as the previous version; however, the locations of the Project components have changed and therefore, this NOP is being recirculated.
