Description

A use permit to legitimize a previously established large general truck yard for a maximum of 30 trucks/trailers that was established without land use approval. This project is a use permit for a large general trucking operation in conjunction with an existing farming operation at the site. The southern 1.5-acre area of the site is developed with structures and the 1.8-acre gravel surfaced truck parking area to the north equal the approximate 3.3-acre developed portion of the site. The northern 4.8 acres of the site consists of and will remain as a prune orchard.
