- The project includes installation of a new water production well that will replace the existing well on the Washington Unified School District's American Union Elementary School property. The water production rate will remain the same as the previous well and thus there will be no expansion of capacity. The project is consistent with the criteria under State CEQA Guidelines Section 15302, Class 2 (c); as such, the project qualifies for the Class 2 (c) Categorical Exemption.
