AT&T Jefferson Cell Tower Project

Description

The proposed project would involve construction of a 40-foot by 50-foot colocatable wireless communication facility to the northeast of the existing barn on-site. The proposed facility would include a 140-foot-tall communication tower/monopole with 12 antennas ranging in length from six feet to slightly more than 6.5 feet. In addition, the project would include development of a communications shelter, fiber distribution box, 30-kilowatt backup diesel generator, multi-meter/backhaul rack, and a walk-in cabinet on an elevated concrete pad. The facility would be enclosed by a chain-link security fence and include an expansion of the existing gravel driveway, in order to provide site access. The proposed project would require County approval of a Use Permit.
