Description: The County of Santa Barbara Public Works Department, Resource Recovery and Waste Management Division (RRWMD) proposes to install a cover structure for the 7,500 square-foot commingled recyclables storage area as well as cover structures over the mattresses overflow and white goods storage areas (700 and 750 sf, respectively) at the South Coast Recycling and Transfer Station (SCRTS).
