Title: Wastewater Treatment Facility Outfall and Diffuser Project
Description: The project consists of modifications to the existing treatment plant effluent pumps, a bifurcation station and flow meter, approximately 2 miles of new outfall pipeline, a levee crossing system (vacuum assisted siphon priming system, priming valve vault, primer trap structure), new diffuser structure in the Feather River bed, an access ramp over the levee to access the new outfall, new power connections, and acquisition of easements including temporary construction easements.
