Description: The proposed project involves a Master Development Plan (MDP) that establishes the foundation for the hospital expansion and for future growth of the St. Joseph's Medical Center. The MDP includes a Site Master Plan which includes the Acute Care Hospital Tower, a new multi-level Parking Structure, potential construction of a new central utility plant, expansion of the existing generator building and other required support facilities within the Medical Center boundaries.
