Title: Cypress and Slover Warehouse Project
Description: The Project provides for the re-development of an approximately 29.8-acre property with a warehouse distribution building with up to 623,460 square feet (s.f.) of floor area, with a maximum of 25 percent (or 155,865 s.f.) of refrigerated storage. Associated site improvements include drive aisles, parking areas, landscaping, utility infrastructure, water quality basins, exterior lighting, walls/fencing, and signage. The Project also reconfigures the 22 existing parcels within the Project Site into one parcel and vacates public right-of-way for Boyle Avenue located on the Project Site. City approval is required on the following entitlements: Master Case (MCN) No. 21-038, Design Review Project (DRP) No. 20-025, and Tentative Parcel Map (TPM) No. 20456.
