The applicant proposes 4 acres of canopy within approximately 6 acres of cultivation area. One (1) A-Type 13 Self Distribution license The project will occur on an 81.6 acre property. The site is accessed from High Valley Road, 4 miles north of Clearlake Oaks, CA. The cultivation area proposed will consist of approximately 6-acres. Cultivation would be secured with a 6-foot fence and locked gates.
