A Conditional Use Permit to establish a camping area with 10 camp sites, including installed structures with utilities and portable shelters and a combination office/Conference room/manager's office, linked by an internal roadway on approximately 18 acres. Project is located at the southeast corner of Yucca Mesa Road and Douglas Lane. The proposed Project site attempts to provide a natural camping experience, by providing minimal improvements and avoiding existing Joshua trees.
