Title: 1125 O'Brien Drive Project
Description: The Project Sponsor is proposing to construct an approximately 131,825 gross-square-feet (gsf) building for research and development (R&D) uses and accessory office uses associated with life sciences with a 500 sf Chemical Storage area, roof terrace, and ground-floor commercial spaces as part of the 1125 O'Brien Drive Project (Proposed Project). The Project site is comprised of three single-story buildings located at 1105, 1125, and 1165 O'Brien Drive (totaling approximately 38,911 gsf), which would be demolished and merged into one lot (referred to as Parcel 1). In addition, the Project site includes another parcel adjacent to Parcel 1, which is developed with a single-story building at 1 Casey Court (20,955 gsf) and referred to as Parcel 2, which would be demolished and developed with 147 surface parking stalls.
