Description
A Use Permit application to expand an existing large winery in 2 phases over 5 years. Phase 1 includes construction of a 79,500-square-foot storage building. Phase 2 includes construction of a 38,025-square-foot storage building. The purpose of the expansion in storage space is to eliminate the need to transport bottled wine to offsite storage locations. The expansion will not add to the production capacity of the winery. The project parcel is under Williamson Act contract.
