Title: Estrella Solar Project
Description: A request to authorize the construction, operation, and maintenance of a 21-megawatt utility-scale photovoltaic ground-mounted solar energy facility with a 28-megawatt electric battery storage system on approximately 145 acres of a site in the A-2-2 (Heavy Agricultural –Two Acre Minimum Required Lot Area) Zone. A Proposed grading totals approximately 71,550 cubic yards to be balanced on site. Perimeter fencing and landscaping as required by the County Code will be installed. Solar panels will be mounted on a single-axis tracking system.
