Description

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-RIV-14463-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Nolan Leggio of Diversified Pacific Communities. The Project is limited to the fill of five unnamed streams referenced as Feature-1, Feature-2, Feature-4, Feature 5, and Feature 5-A, as well as constructing two discharge points at Features 5A and 2. The Project proposes to widen Lurin, Cole, and Mariposa Avenues, construct neighborhood streets, extend subsurface storm drain infrastructure, and construct two Water Quality Management Plan treatment basins across the property
