The Town of Loomis (Town) proposes to enter into a 12-year Streambed Alteration Agreement with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) for the Town to conduct routine maintenance activities, capital improvement projects, and vegetation restoration activities in jurisdictional improved and unimproved channels and drainage facilities with the Town.
