Description

Request for a Use Permit for 2,000 square feet of indoor cannabis nursery in a 2,000-square foot agriculture structure (barn) on a 60.58-acre parcel. The proposed project would also include construction of a 100-square foot ADA compliant bathroom. The project would operate between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The project would employ four full time employees. The site is closed to the public. The project would be located at 205 Deer Creek Lane in Petaluma on a mostly undeveloped 60.58-acre parcel zoned Land Extensive Agriculture, B6 Combining District, Riparian Corridor and Scenic Resources.
