- The SCIR Development Plan Project would replace one Reserve staff residence, provide one additional Reserve staff residence, remodel the interior of the existing restroom/shower building, develop new overnight accommodations for senior-level research users, and make associated upgrades to existing infrastructure and utilities that accommodate existing and proposed facilities. All project-related development would be located in the vicinity of existing field station facilities.
