Description: Construction of a 68-unit, 100% affordable housing development, serving families and individuals of very-low and lower income earning 30% to 80% of Ventura County’s Area Median. The housing units would be contained within a single building up to three stories. The total building will provide 93,777 square feet of building space, and will provide a parking garage with ancillary facilities totaling 49,323 square feet. This includes amendments to the City’s General Plan Land Use Map, Downtown Specific Plan Map, and Zoning Map to change a portion of the project site from CH to CBD
