Title: I-15/SR-78 Managed Lanes Direct Connector and Woodland Interchange Project
Description: The Project is proposing to implement managed lanes on Interstate 15 (I-15) and State Route 78 (SR 78) in the cities of San Marcos and Escondido in San Diego County. The existing I-15 Express Lanes would be extended west on SR 78 for three miles in both directions. Barham Drive and Woodland Parkway Interchange would be reconstructed, and Class I multiuse paths would be added.
