- (Phase I) Design and construction of park related improvements and upgrades whrch may include: rehabilitation of pedestrian paths of travel, planting of trees, playground renovations installation of: irrigation, decorative fencing, new soccer field, new tot play structure, two additional play structures and four (4) shade canopies of, seven (7) exercise equipment stations. Sand play area surfacing may be replaced with rubberized play surface materials, demolition of existing restroom and related improvements. (Phase II) Provides additional CDBG funding for the design, construction and installation of park related improvements and upgrades to include park benches and shade structures at Belle Terrace Park.
