Title: UP 23-08 Wellness Ranch III commercial cannabis project
Description: Approval of a Major Use Permit for three acres of outdoor cannabis canopy and 2,500 sf of indoor cannabis canopy. The site has already been approved for two 10,000 sf of outdoor canopy and 2,400 sf of indoor canopy through use permits MUP 19-15 and 22-13. Lake County Zoning Ordinance, Article 27, subsection (at) in part regulates cannabis cultivation in Lake County. The ±106 acre property is large enough to support this cannabis project; 100 acres is required. The applicant is not within an exclusion overlay district. The applicant is pre-enrolled with the Regional Water Board.
