The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as Auburn Mobile Home Village Consolidation Project. The Project includes the consolidation of the Auburn Mobile Home Village (AMHV) water system into the Placer County Water Agency (PCWA) Bowman/Auburn treated water distribution system by connecting to an existing PCWA treated water pipeline. Improvements include the installation of approximately 350 lineal feet of two-inch pipe, a meter, appurtenances within existing roads and right of ways, decommissioning the existing groundwater well, and installing parallel backflow devices to connect to the existing water distribution system within the AMHV.
