Changes include increase daily tonnage; changes to feedstocks; increase facility size within landfill boundaries for equipment storage; use of CASP technology to improve environmental controls; clarify chipping and grinding activities; construct stand-alone solar panel field and related electrical storage devices to power expanded operation; and hold compost give-away events.
