The Proposed Project includes the development of new camping facilities, a flag plaza, archery range, fire ring and amphitheater, zip-line, demolition of existing restroom and construction of a new and larger restroom facility with showers overlapping the existing restroom footprint, development of the Camporee Field, construction of a fenced storage facility, development of six COPE stations, and minor road improvements on County property adjacent to Otay Lakes County Park.
