- Description
- The Project proposes to remove three offshore 12-inch-diameter seawater intake and discharge pipelines, the shoreline vault structure down to minus 5 feet below the sand line, and three onshore seawater pipelines (if feasible). The 36-inch-diameter steel casing with the three onshore pipelines would be abandoned in place along with any portion of the internal pipelines that remain. The shoreline vault void would then be reconstructed to match the existing armored rock contour along the Pacific Coast Highway.
