Description: The proposed Project is comprised of the extraction and treatment of groundwater and conveyance to La Puente Valley County Water District (LPVCWD) for discharge to surface water in conformance with applicable permits. The Project consists of utilizing two existing groundwater extraction wells (EW-C, EW-N); a proposed treatment plant; conveyance infrastructure from the extraction wells to the new water treatment plant and from the treatment plant to an existing storm drain for surface water discharge; and compliance. sentinel, and monitoring wells.
