Description

The Armona Community Services District proposes to construct a new 2,800 square foot (sq . ft.) District office on a roughly 0.5- acre project area portion of a roughly 7.5-acre parcel it owns and operates as the Well No. 3 water treatment plant in Kings County, at 10116 14th Avenue. The parcel on which the Project will be located has approximately 580 feet of frontage on the west side of 14th Avenue and is approximately 557 feet in depth; an estimated overall size of 324,00 square feet. The Last Chance Ditch, an agricultural water conveyance facility, forms the westerly border of the area. The Project area lies approximately 600 feet south of 14th Avenue's intersection with Lacey Boulevard, south of and adjacent to the old drive-in theater site.
