- Description
- The Proposed Project would demolish all existing onsite buildings and construct approximately 1.6 million square feet (sf) office and accessory space, up to 200,00 sf commercial/retail space, approximately 20 acres of open space,1,730 multi-family housing units, and a 193- room hotel. The Project would include a circulation network for vehicles, bicycles, and pedestrians. The Project would also alter parcels on both the north and south sides of Hamilton Avenue, west of Willow Road, to support the realignment of Hamilton Avenue. The Project would reconstruct an existing Chevron gas station at Hamilton Avenue South, and enable the addition up to 6,700 sf of retail uses on Hamilton Avenue North. Other improvements include offsite transportation and utility improvements to serve the Proposed Project.
