Description

The proposed project is an update to the previously certified San Juan Bautista 2009-2014 Housing Element, plus adoption of various ordinances to implement past and current Housing Element programs. Each of the following are components of the proposed project: Housing Element Update; Re-Designation and Rezoning for Adequate Sites; Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment - Special Development Standards for Rezoned Site; Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment - Transitional and Supportive Housing, Emergency Shelters; Municipal Code Amendment - Reasonable Accommodations; Municipal Code Amendment - Sewer and Water Service Priority; and Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment - Accessory Dwelling Units.
