- Issue right of entry permit to the Regents of the University of California for the construction and installation of multiple Earthquake Early Warning System stations in Austin Creek Redwoods State Recreation Area, by Berkeley Seismology Lab, to provide advance warnings that will allow people and systems to take actions to protect life and property from destructive shaking. All work conducted in association with this right of entry will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
