Special Repair/Deferred Maintenance (Allocation #11, FY 18/19)
Description
Special Repair and Deferred Maintenance (SR/DM) projects will be conducted at various California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) prison facilities statewide as shown on the attached list.· Projects involve multiple water intrusion repairs. These projects are necessary to maintain the buildings and infrastructure and to meet code requirements at CDCR prison facilities statewide and to ensure unimpeded operation and their public safety mission. All work will be performed within the already developed prison property.· The projects are not located within environmentally sensitive areas, and none of the exceptions to this exemption are applicable.
