Description

A Tentative Subdivision Map to divide an approximately 49.4-acre property into 47, 1-acre+ size lots. The project is proposed as a phased map. Phase I - 17 lots, Phase II - 19 lots and Phase III - 11 lots. Access will be via internal cul-de-sacs, served off Durham-Dayton Highway. The project’s internal roads will be offered for dedication to the County and will be maintained as part of a Permanent Road Division (PRD). Future residential uses would be served by individual septic systems and community water (Durham Irrigation District). The project site is located on the south side of Durham-Dayton Highway, approximately 2,400 feet east of Midway, east of downtown community of Durham and approximately 4.3 miles south of Chico.
