Title: Parkview Senior Residential Care Facility and Multifamily Residential Project
Description: Project redevelop a 2.6-acre site with an 80-unit senior residential facility home and 27 multi-family (apartment) residential units. The senior care facility would provide a range of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units. 20 of the units would provide memory care. There would be a commercial kitchen and communal dining area as well as a range of other amenities. The apartment units would be located within five buildings and would include 1- and 2-bedroom units, with 20% of the units offered at below-market rates consistent with City requirements. Project includes onsite landscaping and parking.
