- The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to prepare and paint 11 structures in the County of Sacramento in the City of Sacramento. The 11 structures are located at the Interstate 5/50 interchange from post mile 22.1 5~22.91. The purpose is to prolong service life of 11 bridges by improving the Paint Condition Index (PCI).
