- Description
- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0015-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Chevron Pipe Line Company, as represented by Anthony Ferraro. The project is limited to maintenance of a section of the Permittee's Bay Area Products Line pipeline that crosses Garrity Creek. Project activities authorized under this Agreement are limited to excavation of the pipe on either creek bank, sandblasting the pipe to clean the surface, application of new coating/paint, and backfilling of excavations.
