Description

The project would include development of a new, approximately 89 foot-tall, seven-story hotel with ground-floor (podium) parking and on-site surface parking stalls. The hotel would feature approximately 156 guest rooms: a limited-service restaurant and bar; garden deck and rooftop terrace; and amenities for guests, visitors, and employees totaling approximately 83,190 square feet. The ground-level (podium) parking and surface parking field would accommodate approximately 141 parking stalls. Vehicular and pedestrian access to the site would be provided from Shell Boulevard and Metro Center Boulevard.
