Title: Life Jacket Loaner Stations
Description: Install two (2) new life jacket loaner stations at Dotons Point and Oak Beach in the Granite Bay area of Folsom Lake State Recreation Area to provide information and free access to life jackets to prevent injury and drowning deaths, For the Dotons Point station, work will: • Excavate four (4) 12" wide X 3611 deep post holes (two (2) per station); • Install 4" x 4" pressure treated wood posts in~o each post hole, set with concrete; and • Install an ADA-compliant .. Kids Don't Float" informational sign and life jacket hooks to each structure. For the Oak Point location the life jacket station will be a free standing design that sits on top of the ground and does not require excavation.
