- Description
- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0339-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Jordan Minyard. The project is in response to a Notice of Violation that was issued to the Permittee on October 2, 2018. The project is limited to the removal of the crushed gravel on the pathway, removal of straw wattles, raking and smoothing after removal, and stabilization of the slope. The Permittee is required to submit a Restoration Plan. No trees or additional vegetation will be removed. No equipment shall enter the waterway.
